  1. I went through this series looking for one of your exquisite explanations of the natural formation of these patterns and couldn’t find one…then noticed the ‘altered photograph’ tag. 🙂

  2. Thanks, Mic. I was just having a bit of fun with my sand ripple images. A simple click transformed them into delightful kaleidoscopic patterns. The original photograph is here:
