Rock patterns, textures, and colours are interesting and sometimes attractive, serving as inspiration for many an artist or craftsperson, as well as representing fascinating geological phenomena and great antiquity. In this fifth of a series of images I display more variations in the rock types at the same beach as previously shown in Rocks MH1 through to 4, which have included metamorphic and igneous rocks such as gneiss, with dolerite and lamprophyre dykes.
Beautiful, especially I like the idea of the “rock-lovers” among the other images of rocks.
