Thank you, Susan. I really like to capture these close-up images of transient patterns of light and water. There is indeed a synchronicity of appearance in natural phenomena like this. I have photographed tree bark with stripy designs reminiscent of these water patterns.

Wow. This is so abstract I couldn’t tell what it was from the photo. But it’s a gorgeous image. At first glance I thought it was a fabric pattern.
