Not sure I have ever seen / noticed opalescent stained glass before. A Portland speciality, maybe.

Stained glass, including opalescent glass, was produced first by the Povey Brothers Studio in Portland, Oregon, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. However, I cannot say whether the glass illustrated here was made at that time or by the same manufacturer as Povey Bros are mostly famous for decorative and pictorial work in churches and fine houses.
