4 to 9 – A calm morning, blue skies, scattered white clouds, smooth water, gentle ripples, mottled reflections on the sea surface, reverberations from the engines of boats – all were elements contributing to this series of abstract images of the surface water texture and pattern taken at Kirkwall Harbour in June 2018.
