I keep thinking of how these rocks were formed at 90 degrees to where they now stand, and what tremendous tremendous force it took to upend them all. O to have been a witness (sort of). Thanks for these, Jessica.
You could be right, Markus. It was a wonderful expanse of shoreline. Exciting and mysterious. I had wanted to visit there for many years and it exceeded my expectations. I hope to go back next year. Here is a picture of a small section of the beach with a few people showing the scale of it.

If these rocks could talk, they’d have interesting stories to tell—stories about pirates, smugglers and wreckers probably. 😄
