Yes. Colchester Natives are Ostrea edulis and grow naturally in Britain. Wild Rock Oysters are a different species but I can’t tell which from the photos. They are most likely to be Crassostrea gigas which I know are bred in this country. Most oyster species that originate in other countries are referred to as rock oysters.
