Appreciating my infrequent outings to the outside world, I wandered into the community orchard in the village. The trees are still mostly bare but the branches are covered with a delightful array of lichens. They could be miniature alien gardens when you look at them close up (you can click to enlarge them).

Lichen are amazing, yes mini forests. I like the colours in particular, bluish greens. Not like other plants which are yellowish greens.
