Underwater Pebble Studies 6-10  A shallow river flowed down to the shore at Neptune State Park in Oregon on the North West Pacific Coast. The water rippled over the rounded stones on its bed, and the ripples reflected the sunlight, projecting ephemeral reticulated patterns on the pebbles, photographs of which are shown here in a digitally altered format.
