Photographs, taken straight into the sun and spray, of seabirds congregating on the sand to feed in the surf at the south end of Rhossili Bay. These are not technically good images but I like the way they captured something of the delightful and somewhat mystical atmosphere of the moment in which everything was hazy, silvery and sparkly.
Lovely pictures!😊 Look like it’s still summer.

I always love your photos. From here in Australia they keep me connected to my home and Gower, where I grew up.

I especially love the last one, but all are so full of life and motion. I also like The silvery cast they have. Somehow turns them into a fairy tale kind of image.

Thank you, Claudia. It was one of those wonderful moments and I am glad that my pictures have conveyed a little of what it looked and felt like. The sounds were phenomenal too, with the waves crashing and the birds calling.
