That’s a lovely thing to say, Adrian. That’s what I hoped the image would convey. I haven’t been out much lately because of writing a report but did venture out one afternoon to walk around the local community orchard which has now been partly converted into a nature reserve with wide stretches of un-mown grass. I thought the great variety of grass flowers were beautiful in an understated way that is often overlooked.
You succeeded in your aim Jessica. I agree, that grass left to grow, as it changes, conveys summer as much as flowers, blue skies or more common subjects. Great shots.
