Set to suitable music, something by Ralph Vaughan Williams, this would be very therapeutic.

I know what you mean. Much of his music is really tranquil, mystical, and moving. Is there a particular piece that would be suitable? i wonder how you attach music to videos – I don’t think I have the right software.
