Romance really was in the air at Rhossili on Valentine’s Day 2009. Finding this incredible heart-shaped pebble left by the tide was pure serendipity.
One of the lovers drew this message “Happy Valentines” in the sand for fellow romantics – like the couples walking along the misty beach, hand-in-hand.
While PR wanted to leave a slightly more permanent record of his love for KL by carving their initials and a heart on a large piece of driftwood.
Beautiful stone!

Good job I didn’t find a stone like that Jessica. I might have tried to skip the roses and pass it off as a gift 🙂

Funnily enough, I didn’t pick the pebble up and take it home. I think the roses would be more romantic for most women – there might have been some mixed messages with a stone heart unless they were mad about rocks.
