Looking from Spaniard Rocks to Burry Holms

Dry seaweed on Spaniard Rocks

View from Spaniard Rocks towards the tidal island of Burry Holms on Rhossili beach in Gower, South Wales. The rocks are covered in dark dried seaweed desiccated by exposure to the air when the tide is out. The situation is temporary as the seaweed soon recovers when sea covers it again.
