Thank you, Markus. The following images will show some of the details in close-ups. I hope you have a nice week-end too and that the weather is OK and not too hot wherever you are. At the moment it has been absolutely pouring with rain all day in Dorset with more forecasted.

Really impressing. What height it is? The picture gives you no idea….

Thank you, Ola. I’m not certain of the height of the rock but here is a picture from a slightly different perspective that includes people to give a sense of scale.

Thanks, Linda. I went on a rock and plant hunting trip to Pembrokeshire in South Wales in June, so I have lots of photos to post when I have time. Still busy with my other projects.

It got unexpectedly warm today (32 °C), but according to the weather forecast the new week shall bring us more moderate temperatures. We could really do with same rain in West Germany. Perhaps you can send some Dorset rain clouds across the Channel.
Taking a look at the close-ups now.

Just noticed you haven’t posted the close-ups yet. So the last sentence of my above reply should have read ‘Looking forward to seeing the close-ups.’ 😄

Sorry, Markus, I worded my reply ambiguously. I meant that I would post the close up images each day for a while starting with today.

It was my fault that the wording was open to misinterpretation.
