  1. Yes, this has the same wonderful colour as dulse. I have eaten dulse too when I visited Roland’s Sea Vegetables on the island of Grand Manan in New Brunswick which is famous for its dulse – it is dried out in the open air and sold as a kind of pure seaweed crisp.
