Triassic sedimentary rock strata at Whitmore Bay on Barry Island in South Wales belonging to the Branscombe Mudstone Formation which is part of the Mercia Mudstone Group. The cliff is situated right next to the promenade which regularly features in the Gavin and Stacey TV series.
