I especially like the second photo, how the flower is like a fist with the fingers about to uncurl.

Such beautiful wildflowers! There’s an awful lot of them that are white and frilly. What are those red bugs? I saw some like those in Ireland too.

Thank you, Claudia. That picture shows the same sort of white flower as in one of the other pictures but after the petals have dropped and when the seeds start to form. It opens out as the seeds develop and ripen.

Thank you, Emma. I think the white flowers which are everywhere at the moment are Umbellifers commonly called Queen Anne Lace, similar to the larger Cow Parsley. The red bugs I think are Cardinal Beetles but I am not certain which sort. See https://www.wildlifetrusts.org/wildlife-explorer/invertebrates/beetles/red-headed-cardinal-beetle
