Fourchu Head Rocks 40 – The rocky shore made of Neoproterozoic volcanic rock belonging to the Fourchu Sequence dating from as far back as 570 million years ago, found on the beach at Fourchu Head, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada, with orange lichen encrusting the surface of the outcrop.
