Pwll Du Shingle Banks 34 – The water of the Bishopston Pill watercourse dammed up behind the shingle banks at Pwll Du on the Gower Peninsula in South Wales. The two white buildings were once pubs catering for the many quarrymen extracting limestone from the valley sides and the headland.
