Port Douglas Rocks 37 – Colour and texture, possibly showing evidence of extrusive volcanic activity, in a rock outcrop near Four Mile Beach in Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia. I wonder if this is agglomerate, which is a type of composite rock made up of fragments larger than 20 mm, thrown out by a volcano during explosive eruptions.
