The texture of the sand, and the way it is impacted by wave action, varies from place to place on the same beach. It also differs with each new tidal ebb and flow. Every tide seems to leave a new range of sand ripple patterns on the beach at Rhossili, Gower. This is the third in a series of photographs of the sand designs recorded over four days in early April 2010.
