Bay of Skaill 11 – Gently sloping layers of Upper and Lower Stromness Flagstone (part of the Caithness Flagstone Group) were exposed by the ebbing tide, and trailing fringes of bright green seaweed like gutweed festooned their surfaces at Bay of Skaill in Orkney June 2018
