The black and white texture certainly gives the impression of winter bleakness.
Looking at the photograph I can already feel the cold building inside me!

Yes, the black and white images are a bit stark. Maybe a reflection of the outside; it has been a bit ‘dreich’ as the Scots say. I don’t feel grey or cold inside although I know that lack of sunlight makes many people feel low at this time of year. These B&W pictures were just a bit of an experiment – occupying myself during the lockdown. Tomorrow’s post will be brighter – I captured some beautiful sunrise shots the other morning.
