We went to the seaside at West Bay near Bridport yesterday. It was very cold and frosty but the sky was blue and cloudless. All the colours seemed vibrant and glowing in the clear light. Fishing gear was stacked up on the quayside with birds playing in and out of the lobster pots.

There is always something interesting to see around the harbour at West Bay.

Sometimes the lobster pots are covered with interesting marine organisms like sea squirts. Walking around the harbour may be safer than walking along the beach right now. Three days after I took these pictures there was massive cliff rock fall.
