Sea Slater at Fall Bay 1 – North-west Europe’s largest oniscid isopod crustacean, Ligia oceanica Linnaeus, from dry rocks above the high water mark at Fall Bay on the Gower Peninsula in South Wales. It has many common names such as the Sea Slater, Bilge Bug, and Littoral Woodlouse.
