Hill End To Spaniard Rocks 116

Is this Spiral Wrack seaweed or Bladder Wrack at Spaniard Rocks?

Hill End To Spaniard Rocks 116 – There is some confusion in my mind as to whether this is Spiral/ Flat Wrack seaweed (Fucus spiralis) or Bladder Wrack (F. vesiculosus) at Spaniard Rocks, Rhossili, Gower, South Wales, 7th April 2017. I did not see any paired air bladders on the specimen and the receptacles looked as if they were beginning to develop the peripheral flange typical of the ripe receptacles of spiral wrack. Other individuals of Bladder Wrack had only a few bladders near the base. ?Variations due to different levels of exposure or hybridisation?
