Peat at Threecliff Bay 4 – Ancient Holocene peat bed exposed beneath the pebble storm beach in the Pennard Pill valley leading to Threecliff Bay in Gower, South Wales. The peat is very vulnerable to erosion and is breaking off in lumps at the margins of the bed.
