Hello Charlotte. I am very sorry that I do not know the answer to this. I do not have any special knowledge about Rosslare Strand as I was only passing by the place on my way way to catch the ferry from Rosslare back to England after a short holiday in Ireland 7 years ago. I have had a quick look on the internet for you but cannot find anyone listed there as harvesting sea moss either. Do you have a particular reason for asking?
