004 Out on the Causeway – Jagged 2 metre high rocks form an initial obstacle course for visitors in accessing the causeway to the tidal island of Worms Head on the Gower Peninsula in South Wales. You need to be fit to scramble over them – but the way gets easier the further out you go.
