Animals at the V&A Museum 8 – Camels as part of a mid 19th century silver candelabrum presented to Sir Moses and Lady Montifiore in gratitude from a guest, the son of the Viceroy of Egypt. These sculptural silver testimonials were very popular in Victorian times (on loan by the Montifiore Endowment, Ramsgate).
